Li Hui's flew off to Michigan at 4am. TO my surprise, I was actually awake to see her off... Poor Sihan couldnt wake up... Haha... But it was really sad... I cried... Couldnt imagine the thought of the poor gal flying off to michigan.. But i've always known her to be tough and strong.. SO I noe she will survive there... Besides... she's a Cedarian... sO we are strong and she will do well there... I made her apple cinnamon muffins...

And yes... I took a bite of the muffin... Lol.... Too bad I forgot to bring it along... So no food for her to munch on her way there... Or at least have a taste of Claire's baking while being in america...

Chipsy Tipsy Pauline

Its chocolicious and definitely chocolate therapy for the heart. There's white chocolate chips in this cute pauline brownie with chocolate buttons scattered all over the top... We had loads of fun the whole night... Most of us managedto stay and played Taboo and we found out who were those who were very good at describing stuff... Wahaha... And who weren/t... Especially some people grabbing a big stack, and then passing till there was only a few cards left on their hands before they could describe... Lol... But we were all mainly awed by the size of the toilet inthe suite at Furama hotel... lol....

Well, school has started for about 3 three weeks and we are going into the fourth week of school. I'm really behind time for lectures and stuff. But I'm too lost to actually catch up. Besides, it wouldn't make a difference if i studied hard since my pathetic GPA is kinds beyond hope. Its not like i need these knowledge to help me earn money in future. I seem to be missing loads of people this semester though. I'm seeing less of Si Han, Lin Sui and of course Janan. Kinda miss Janan alot cuz he's really a great friend, and I know he cares alot for me. He is actually one of the rare friends I have who really cared for me.

Anyway, Hall 5 canteen opened. The food there ain't so bad, but I guess the bad location has placed it in a pretty bad business. The tenor is our wonderful Canteen A fruit juice uncle. So if you are in NTU, please do support at Hall 5 canteen k? Its not so bad. There's pool, music, food-noodles, western, tze char, nasi lemak and desserts!!!

So I took some photos at canteen 5 since I felt I look great that day!!! :P SO thick skinned... Lol... but I love the dress... Hehe...  And there's a chocolate chip muffin I made for Dave. :D

This is obviously an outdated entry... But most importantly I'm keeping a journal of every important event. With the pageant and all coming up, I'm really totally going mad... Its a great day today, apart from having to teach tuition in the morning, being able to make my wonderful Oreo cake which I have named it as the Oreon

This cake is specially for Dave's Ah Gong... Not mine though, both of mine passed away.. The cake has vanilla sponge with oreos in it. The cake has a few layers with each layer sandwiched with thin oreo cake cream. The top layer has a hollow centre with loads of oreo filled in the whole. Around the ring, the cake is decorated with chocolate coated cake stars, chocolate wafer sticks and hazelnut powder. The ultimate indulgence. Yummy...

As you can see from the pictures below, it was a really fun day at Vivo city. Dave gave me a present!!!! My all time favourite character, Stitch!

The buffet dinner at Elements restaurant with Dave's family was simply nice and greatly sinful. God knows how much weight I gained from that meal, but the succulent prawns served by the chef was really delicious.. Most importantly, Dave's Ah Gong enjoyed his birthday. Since its been a long time since he had a cake, he didn'treally know what to do. He was quite blur when we were doing the birthday song singing, wish, blow and cut procedure. Especially when we asked him to make a wish. He placed his palms faced down on the table with the cake in between his palms and took a bow every time he wished for something. We couldn't stop laughing at the sight. He looked like he was praying to the cake. But he was really happy and thankful for his 78th Birthday celebration.

Morning started out pretty great since I got to bake a cake for Dave's Ah Gong's Birthday tomorrow. But with a sore throat, I didn't go for tuition. After which, I proceeded for modelling class.Walking on heels was really killing on the feet. I really have respect for gals who can wear them the whole day. But I did learn to catwalk better and Sashay with loads of tips from Greg (I think that's his name).

After class, I spent some time touring Farrer Road, Bukit Timah and Holland ROad finding Lihui's place. Finally I found that place!!! There was loads of food!!! They were all pretty good!!! And Si Han baked alot of cupcakes!!! Judging from the response of the crowd, I conclude that teenagers love Oreos since her oreo cupcakes were the first to sotck out! Haha.... Met up with loads of AJ-cians... So I shall let the photos tell u the fun and vive of the party... And... For photo uploads:

Well, I woke up this morning and taught tuition at a place near Dave's place. We decided to go Tampines' Century Square to catch Alone. Its a really scary horror. In terms of horror, it loses an edge to its predecessor, Shutter. But the twist was more interesting. I kind of like the Thai movies cuz the movies were scary, but it wasn't a meantto scare movie, but there is a lessonbehind. The people in the two famous thai horror who were haunted deserved to be haunted and die. But if we watch Japanese, Chinese or English horror,most of the people get haunted or die just because they were suay enough to be haunted. It may sound kind of stupid, but watching such horrors makes me feel that I'm vulnerable to be haunted. haha... On the other hand, Thai movies seemed to made more sense and reasonable. :D

After that we went on a mad spree at MEtro. There was like this big sale. Almost 80% off!!! I bought loads of stuff and it was kinda crazy since I was heading for hong kong the next day... :P But the stuff I bought were quality branded goods at really low prices...

Well,I haven't been blogging for god noes how long... so i shall recap someof my outdated entries.

As shown in the date and title of this entry, its 31st July,Kian Ping's birthday!!!! I din get him anything special, but all of us shared a crumpler bag, which reminds me I still owe Pauline money for that. I hope he likes the bag, I found it quite nice personally. :D None the less, the least I could do was to present....

Brownie Cheesecake!!!!!!

Personally, I would prefer if this was warm, but since Kian Ping could eat this cold out form the fridge, I'm sure its good!!! If KianPing ever reads this entry, I hope he substantiates it on my tag board.. haha... kinda sad that the tagboard is so dead....

I totally love this creation. Its  the best of both worlds for me. The bottom containing rich double chocolate brownie. White chocolate chips in dark chocolate brownie. I have never tasted a brownie more rich and more dense than this. The top is my favourite plain cheesecake... Yummilicious!!!!!

Well, judging from the title, it was obviously a long day for me. The marketing exam in the morning wasn't so bad. Given I only started studying for the exam at 10pm the night before and sleeping during more than half the time I crammed for the paper, i felt that my performance was beyond my expectations. I headed home after that to send my car for repairs since the bumper suffered some damage.

I took a bus from Sin Ming Ave and reached PS before our show started. WE bought a bad of popcorn from PS movie counter which costed $6. The pop corn was the same size as the one in the movie combo which costed $8.50. Conclusion: the pathetic drink costs $2.50. So we should bring drinks in and just buy the popcorn. Haha... The three of us watched the Simpson's which was pretty short, but it felt pretty long cuz of the numerous content the movie had. It was a really funny movie though. It was also the first time I sat till the end of the credit cuz Sam, Cal and I wanted to know if there were hidden content in the credits. Although there were, it was no worth our wait. It was just a man sweeping the floor at the end, so its nothing much. But the movie was pretty simple humour. :D

After that we met Junwei and Kai Qi at Thaiexpress for dinner. After dinner, we headed to minds cafe for games and snacks. The snacks were simple but good, but playing saboteur was great! Telepaths was a little letdown cuz i found out Dave and I lacked telepathy.. Haha... But when we played Uno stacko, it was pretty funny.

When minds closed, we had a little trouble finding entertainment. After about 20 minsof ideas generation, we landed ourselves at Cineleisure and booked a room to watch a movie called "The Dark". It was a pretty stupid show, which wasn't scary enough and pretty pointless. But the company was great. Aero company always brings loads of memories and laughter. After which,Junwei sent Nicole, Kian Ping, Dave and I back. I took a short nap and we proceeded to the airport to see Zi Huan off. When we returned to Dave's place, we plunked onto the bed and dozed off happily till the next evening...
